Warranty & Return Policy

WARRANTY:

We provide ONE year Limited Parts and Life time technical support. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from your date of purchase on TimiLab. Our Team will remotely diagnose the problem and if a replacement part is needed, we will provide the part free of charge (you only pay for shipping).

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage 
The limited warranty shall not apply to:

  • Improper Use: Any operation or installation not compliant with product guidelines.

  • Unauthorized Service: Repairs or maintenance conducted by unauthorized third parties.

  • External Factors: Defects or damage resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, or faulty external power supply/wiring.

The limited warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. Replacing a warranted part does not extend or reset the original warranty period.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of pickup or delivery, subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover order preparation and processing costs.

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in original, resalable condition and untampered with.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any incidental return expenses.
