FAQ
Common questions
Who can I refer?
Anyone who has never ordered from TimiLab before. Your friend needs to create an account through your link and place their first order with that account. Existing customers and your own accounts don't qualify.
When do I get my reward?
Once your friend's first order is paid, it enters a 30-day review period that covers our return window. After the review, we issue your $10 coupon and email it to you. It also appears under My Referrals & Rewards.
Why is there a review period?
It protects everyone from orders that are later returned or cancelled. If the order is refunded or cancelled, the referral is reversed and no reward is issued.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No. You earn a $10 reward for every friend whose first order qualifies.
My friend forgot to use my link. Can it still count?
Referrals are tracked automatically through your link, so we can't add them afterwards. Ask friends to click your link before they create their account. The link is remembered in their browser for 10 days.
Can my friend combine the $10 coupon with other offers?
No. Referral coupons can't be used with other coupon codes. The $100 minimum is the merchandise subtotal before discounts, tax and shipping.
Where do I find my referral link?
Sign in and open My Account → My Referrals & Rewards, or come back to this page while signed in. Your link uses your TimiLab username.
I'm a TimiLab affiliate partner. Can I join too?
No. Affiliate partners earn commission through the Affiliate Program instead, and the two programs can't be combined on the same order.
Program terms
Last updated October 28, 2026
- The program is open to registered TimiLab customer accounts. Affiliate partners, store staff and administrators aren't eligible.
- A referred friend must be new to TimiLab, create an account through the referrer's link within 10 days of clicking it, and place their first order with that account.
- The friend's $10 coupon is single-use, linked to the friend's account email, valid only on a first order with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more before discounts, tax and shipping, and can't be combined with other coupons.
- The referrer earns one $10 coupon per qualifying first order, issued after a 30-day review period and approval by TimiLab. Reward coupons are single-use and linked to the referrer's account email.
- Self-referrals, duplicate or shared accounts, orders using the referrer's own email, and orders credited to a TimiLab affiliate partner don't qualify.
- If a qualifying order is refunded, partially refunded or cancelled, the referral is reversed and any unused reward coupon is cancelled.
- Coupons have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be transferred.
- TimiLab may decline or reverse a referral that appears fraudulent or breaks these terms, and may change or end the program at any time. Rewards already issued stay valid.
